This YouTube video (Called Truth About the Pickens Plan) is an interesting take on the Oil Baron's plan to take over the energy industry. I don't know whether any of it's true. A quick Google search revealed that he has been buying up tons of water... Whether it's true or not, it's an interesting take on an interesting proposal.
